As an avid traveler, I would love the opportunity to travel Asia. I was lucky enough to travel to Nepal a few years ago for two weeks, and this trip certainly increased my desire to travel Asia. Furthermore, I am certainly not the only person with this desire, as many young people have started to travel Asia much more frequently. Backpacking Europe is no longer the trip of choice for many recent graduates, but rather to travel Asia seems like the vacation of choice. There are almost endless possibilities if you travel Asia. If you are looking to see a modern big city, most countries in South East Asia have cities as big, if not bigger than New York or Los Angeles.
If you are looking to see nature when you travel Asia, there are more attractions that you will be able to ever see. Whether you want to scuba dive or hike the Himalayas, you will not believe the beautiful vistas you will encounter when you travel Asia. Perhaps the most interesting aspect you will find when you travel Asia is the different cultures that you will encounter. As long as you are willing to try to immerse yourself in the local culture through trying their customs, their food, or their many festivals, you will surely learn a great deal and leave Asia with a new appreciation. As amazing as it was to see Mt. Everest when I was in Nepal, the friendly people I encountered when I was there was by far the highlight of when I was able to travel Asia.
